Am I able to change the colours on the house collection stationery?

Yes, I can match your colours as best as possible but please note the digital printers can’t guarantee an exact true colour match.

Am I able to change the wording on the house collection stationery?

Yes, no problem.

Can I change the fonts used in a design?

Unfortunately not. I don’t recommend changing fonts as this plays a big part in the final design. If you wish to make changes then it might be best to opt for the custom design service.

I have put together a step by step process in the how to order section of this website. It is best to gather the numbers needed for your day and evening invitations and any other stationery which you may be after then pop me an email.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, due to the printing costs I have a minimum order of 25 items per product. There are a few exceptions which I have indicated on the price lists which are situated on each of the house collection design pages.

When do I need to send my invites out by?

Save the dates should ideally be sent out 12 months prior the wedding day. Wedding invitations should be 3 months prior to the wedding day.

What are your lead times?

My lead times from start to finish are usually about 3-4 weeks but this varies at peak and off-peak times and whether you are having custom designed stationery (this is based on prompt proof approvals and payments etc). If you have a short deadline please get in touch to see if I can accommodate.

How should I word my stationery?

I have put together a helpful guide in the Invitation wording section on the website.

Can you print our guest’s names in the invitations?

I don’t offer this option on the house collection but can offer if you chose a custom design.

How long does it take to order the invites?

An average invitation order takes 3-4 weeks from order to delivery (this is based on prompt proof return and payments etc). Officially though, please allow 21 working days from final sign off to delivery. On the day stationery takes about 4 weeks. We may be able to help with a rush job, please get in touch before placing an order.

Can I order more if I find I haven’t enough?

There’s a minimum order of 25 units, so I do insist you get extras printed at the initial order.

When and how do I pay?

You will receive an invoice once you are happy to proceed for a 50% of the total amount payable (for the house collection) or the full cost of the design fee (custom designed stationery). This payment is non refundable. Once all artwork and proofs are approved final payments must be made before I can submit to the printers. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque (please note cheques will need to clear before proceeding to sending designs to the printers).
