STEP ONE – I will need to know a few details about your wedding day so please email me informing me of the items you require, the size of the invitations and stationery and the quantity you are after and let me know when you need the order by. For the House Collection please state which collection you’re interested in.
STEP TWO – I will email you back a quotation once all questions have been answered. Please allow 7 working days for a response for a quotation.
STEP THREE – Once I have sent you a quote and if you’re happy to proceed with the order I will send you an invoice for 50% of the total amount payable (for the House Collection) or the full cost of the design fee (custom designed stationery). This payment is non refundable.
STEP FOUR – Upon receipt of payment I will begin designing your wedding stationery using the information you have sent me. If you would like to provide images for colour reference etc. Please email those over as soon as you can.
STEP FIVE – A PDF or JPG proof of the stationery will be emailed to you. You will need to check the proofs carefully for any errors and approve the file. Once an approval is given in writing and the remaining fee paid we can professionally print your stationery at a printers that I have selected.
STEP SIX – Once the order has been printed and delivered to me I will double check the order to ommit any problems I can see. The order will then be sent you in the post or if you prefer you can pick it up from Oswestry, Shropshire.
There is a minimum order quantity of 25 units for printed stationery unless stated otherwise.
